How do I know my order was placed successfully?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@novathreadliving.com. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is usually 7–10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
How long does order processing take?

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Refunds
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Do you accept returns?

Nova Thread Living mainly focuses on everyday essentials. Personalized gifts are handled separately through our gifting brand.
